新乡医学院精神疾病生物样本库

Psychiatry Biobank of Xinxiang Medical University

 新乡医学院精神疾病生物样本库是根据新乡医学院“精神神经优势特色学科群”建设规划和学科建设目标，于2015年筹备建设，2018年1月开始正式运行。样本库位于新乡医学院第二附属医院，目前总面积1500M2，投资3650万元，拥有9名硕士以上专职工作人员，43名临床专员。功能单元包括办公区、样本处理区、超低温存储区、随访区、细胞实验室、分子实验室、监控系统、信息化设备和软件及资料档案室等。超低温存储区目前拥有-80度超低温冰箱32台及液氮罐2套，具有完善临床数据信息的精神疾病样本2万余人份。

样本库致力于开拓创新，遵照国际生物与环境样本库协会ISBER及ISO17025标准，建设国内一流、与国际接轨的精神疾病样本存储和临床转化研究平台，促进我国精神卫生事业的不断发展。

According to construction plan and goal of Mental Neurology Advantage Discipline Group of Xinxiang Medical University, Psychiatry Biobank of Xinxiang Medical University was primarily prepared in 2015 and officially put into operation in January 2018.  Our biobank is located in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University, with a total area of 1,500 m2 and an initial investment of about ¥ 36.5 million.  We have 9 full-time staffs which all have master degree or Ph. D. degree as well as 43 clinical specialists.  In addition, the biobank has several functional units including staff office, sample processing room, cryogenic storage area, follow-up area, cell laboratory, molecular laboratory, monitoring system, archive information system.  Now we have 32 sets of ultra-low temperature freezers and 2 sets of liquid nitrogen tanks.  The Biobank recruited more than 20,000 people with mental disorders.

The Psychiatry Biobank meets the standards of ISBER and ISO17025.  It is a national and international health resource for mental disorders with the aim of building a sample storage and clinical transformation research platform for mental disorders which is first-class in China, adjacent to world-class, as well as improving the mental health of people in China.
